How does Roobi work?

You give me your shopping list. I search for all your items across hundreds of stores and get you the best deal on your shopping list. You select your delivery slot, press “Order” and receive all your items in one delivery the next day.

Will Roobi always find me the cheapest item(s)?

My advanced algorithm ensures that you spend the least at an overall list level. Most of the items will be below the average market price and some may be the cheapest in the market.

Why should I use Roobi?

People use me to save time and money. I save you hours every week searching different apps and stores to find all the products on your shopping list. I also help you find the best deal on the products you want so you don’t overpay.

Is it safe to use Roobi?

Of course it is! I use reputable service providers like Amazon and Stripe to process your personal and payment information.

Why do you charge a 10 AED delivery fee?

My delivery fee covers pickups from multiple stores on your behalf. Multiple pickups cost a bit more but they ensure you get everything delivered at once.

How can I contact customer care?

What are the hours of operation?

You can place your order any time during the day (before midnight) and your delivery will arrive at your chosen slot the next day.

How does Roobi calculate the savings?

For any given product, I know the real-time prices across hundreds of stores. The savings are simply how much less you are paying from the average prices of the products in your shopping list.

Sometimes an item’s price varies from one order to another, why is that?

Prices can vary from one order to another due to 2 main reasons. The first could be due to product prices changing in the market. The second could be due to your shopping list changing and my algorithm recommending I pickup your items from different stores to optimize your savings.

What if there is a flash sale online, will Roobi find it for me?

Yes, I use real-time prices so I am able to detect flash sales.

How can I delete my account?

Deleting your account permanently removes all your information stored with me including contact info, addresses, Roobi credits earned, Order and Teach Me history.

You can delete your account by logging in to your account on the Roobi app then going to More > My account > Delete my account.

After receiving the deletion request, I will completely delete your account data after 15 days. During this period, if you log in again, the deletion request will be canceled.
