1. How does Roobi work?

Roobi searches across all online stores that deliver to your location, for the products on your shopping list. Then Roobi recommends the most economic store(s) to buy your products from. It takes into consideration delivery and platform fees to make sure your savings on products are not spent on fees.

2. Why should I use Roobi?

People use Roobi to save time and money. Roobi saves you hours every week searching different apps and stores to find all the products on your shopping list. Roobi also helps you find the best deal on the products you want so you don’t overpay.

3. Is it safe to use Roobi?

Of course it is! Roobi uses reputable service providers like Amazon and Stripe to process your personal and payment information.

4. Why do you charge 10 AED delivery fee?

Roobi's delivery fee covers pickups from multiple stores on your behalf. Multiple pickups cost a bit more but they ensure you get the cheapest prices for each item and have everything delivered at once.

5. How can I contact customer care?

6. What are the hours of operation?

Roobi is available from 8am - 10pm. Afterhours, most grocery stores are closed so Roobi recharges for another day of work. You can add any products you remember afterhours to your shopping list but Roobi will find you the best deal the next morning starting 8am when stores start opening.

7. How does Roobi calculate the savings?

For any given product, Roobi knows the real-time prices across all online stores that deliver to your location. The savings are simply how much less you are paying compared to an average cart that includes all the products on your shopping list.

8. Sometimes an item’s price varies from one order to another, why is that?

Prices can vary from one order to another due to 2 main reasons. The first could be because product prices have changed in the market. The second could be because Roobi recommends different stores depending on the cart you are searching. If your orders are different, then Roobi is likely to recommend different stores to give you the biggest savings. If the different stores have different prices for that one product, then you will see different prices for the same product from one order to another.

9. What if there is a discount in one of the stores, will Roobi find it for me?

Don’t worry…. Roobi uses real-time prices including discounted prices. So yes, Roobi will find them.

10. How can I delete my account?

Deleting your account permanently removes all your information stored with Roobi including contact info, addresses, Roobi credits earned, Order and Teach Me history. You can delete your account by logging in to your account on the Roobi app then going to More > My account > Delete my account.
After receiving the deletion request, we will completely delete your account data after 15 days. During this period, if you log in again, the deletion request will be canceled.
