By using the Roobi app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our privacy policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and shared.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using the app. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent conduct and unauthorized access.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the app are owned by Roobi L.L.C-FZ. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the app without prior written consent.
7. USER GUIDELINES
Users agree to use the Roobi app in accordance with its intended purpose and to refrain from any activities that may disrupt the app's functionality.
8. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
The app provides product recommendations based on, among others, user requirements, preferences and product stated availability by third party ecommerce platforms. Users acknowledge that the accuracy of recommendations may vary, and the app is not liable for any purchasing decisions made by the user.
9. PAYMENT AND TRANSACTIONS
Users agree to provide accurate payment information and to comply with all applicable payment terms.
10. CASHBACK PROGRAM
The cashback program outlined herein is subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Eligibility: Participation in the cashback program is open to all users of Roobi. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility and may modify eligibility criteria at its discretion.
b. Cashback expiry: cashback rewards earned through the cashback program may have an expiration date specified by the Company. Participants are responsible for monitoring the expiration date of their earned cashback rewards and must redeem them prior to the expiration date. If not redeemed before the specified expiration date, cashback rewards may become null and void, and participants may forfeit their right to redeem such rewards. The Company shall not be liable for any expired or forfeited cashback rewards.
c. Redemption: Participants may redeem earned cashback rewards in accordance with the redemption procedures established by the Company.
d. Exclusions: Certain transactions or activities may be excluded from earning cashback rewards. Exclusions may include, but are not limited to, returns, refunds and unauthorized transactions.
e. Modifications and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback program at any time, with or without prior notice to participants. In the event of program termination, participants will have a specified period to redeem any accrued cashback rewards, after which any remaining rewards may be forfeited.
f. Compliance: Participation in the cashback program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants agree to comply with all program rules and to refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities in connection with the program.
11. REFERRAL PROGRAM
a. Modification and Termination: Roobi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
12. DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES
The app is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. Users acknowledge that the app may not be error-free and that the developers are not responsible for any damages resulting from its use.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The developers of the app shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party platforms. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such platforms.
14. TERMINATION
The developers reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at their discretion, without prior notice, if users violate these terms and conditions.
15. WAIVERS
Any waiver by either party of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provision or of the same provision at any other time. Failure by either party to enforce any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or remedy or of any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude the exercise of such right or remedy at any subsequent time. All waivers must be in writing and signed by the party waiving its rights.
16. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ROOBI L.L.C-FZ and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the country in which you reside, and users consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such action or proceeding.
19. CHANGE TO TERMS
The company may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.
